Scramble

Scramble: 1-12, 14-57 – published from March 1947 until some time in 1951. Mostly text stories, but each issue also had some comic strips. Initially published monthly (apart from two bi-monthly issues at the end of 1947), from January 1950 it was fortnightly, then weekly until becoming irregular between May and August 1950. I don’t have the dates of the final four issues. The British Library Catalogue lists Scramble as 1-51, 1947-1951. Galactic Central has indexed all issues (text stories only), but notes that 54-57 are undated, roughly marking them as monthly from December 1950

Note that an issue 13 was not published

Most issues contain stories of schoolboy hero, ‘Ozzy the Wiz’ and detective ‘Martin Speed’
